About Me

A stalwart in Retail Banking who has spent over a decade at one of Canada’s major banks, TD Canada Trust. Raman specializes in complex residential mortgages and creates tailor-made financing solutions for clients who have difficulty proving income for Debt Servicing. In her most recent role with ATB Financial, a subsidiary of the Government of Alberta; she had been instrumental in facilitating a large number of Construction Mortgages within the Province of Alberta. She brings to the Organisation strong credit writing skills with a specific knack for structuring credit facilities that involve multiple real estate portfolios. 

 

Aside from work, Raman is an avid reader and prolific writer who spends most of her time over fiction. She has spent a lot of time volunteering for the Sikh Society of Lethbridge, Alberta and has helped raise significant funds for various causes that they have been part of. She is an avid supporter of the Alberta Children’s Hospital and has helped raise funds to support several projects that have helped facilitate cures for cancer amongst children. She served as the spokesperson for Ronald McDonald House, Southern Alberta., She was a treasurer for the India Canada Cultural Association, Lethbridge and devotes her time to fostering cultural relationships between Canada and India respectively.
